Privacy Policy

kudos.tv ("we", "our", or "us") operates the REC mobile application (the "App").

Data Collection

We do not collect any personal information. All photos and videos are processed entirely on your device. We have no access to your media. The App collects anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as feature usage and session data) to help us improve the experience. This data cannot identify you personally. You can disable analytics in the App's settings.

Camera & Microphone

The App requires camera and microphone access to record videos with audio. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share or export it.

Photo Library

The App requests photo library access to save captured media and import existing photos/videos for processing.

Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data that helps us improve the App. This includes information such as which features are used, session duration, and app performance metrics. This data is not linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you personally. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) and the App will never ask you to allow tracking.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases and Google Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage analytics. No advertising services or cross-app tracking tools are used.

Data Storage

All user data (presets, settings, media) is stored locally on your device. We do not use cloud storage or sync services.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
